Krasnoyarskaya Hydro Power Plant
In compliance with the decision of the annual general meeting of shareholders of OAO “Krasnoyarskaya HPP”, which took place on June 25 2012, 2 000 000 847 rubles are to be directed for the dividends payout, with the sixe of dividend for one ordinary share 5.11371 rubles.
At present RusHydro through its 100% subsidiary OAO Hydroinvest and directly owns 97 776 411 ordinary shares of the Krasnoyarskaya Hydro Power Plant, which corresponds to 25% in the capital stock. Thus, the size of dividends due to RusHydro Group comprises 500 00 211 rubles (before the payment of taxes).
The Krasnoyarskaya HPP is the second largest hydro power plant in Russia in terms of capacity (after Sayano-Shushenskaya HPP). The installed capacity of the plant comprises 6 000 MW. The hydro power plant is the last of the three steps of the Eniseyskiy cascade of HPPs. The annual production of electrical energy is 17.5 billion KWh. The plant has 12 hydraulic units with the capacity of 500 MW each.
