Within the framework of SUENCO (The Siberia and Urals Energy Company) investment program the Tobolsk branch of the company completed the reconstruction of the overhead line 0.4 KW feeder “Chernyshevsky”. The specialists of the contractor’s organization put up concrete piers, mounted 2.1 km of overhead line and 2 km of street lighting as well as 40 street lanterns RKU-250.
It is worth mentioning that the new overhead lines are “dressed” in self-supporting insulated wire. The use of such type of wire will help extend the service life of the lines as well as bring down losses and increase the security of energy supply. Besides, the self-supporting wire is more convenient and safe in operation and service. They are characterized by increased strength which will help avoid short-circuit failures – for instance the ones caused by falling trees.
In accordance with SUENCO investment program the planned amount of financing for 2011 is 872 million rubles. In Tyumen region the construction and reconstruction of about 35 km of cable and overhead lines are in progress at present. It is possible to add another 15-20 km of lines for linked up objects if the developers who applied for them will maintain their schedules and put their objects in operation within this year. There are also funds for the construction and reconstruction of 20 transformer substations and distribution points.
In particular in Tobolsk in 2011 the company is financing the construction of the cable line 10KW from the substation “Vuzgorodok” to the distribution point-7a, moving the overhead line 10 KW outside the Kremlin territory, the construction of packaged transformer substations 10/0.4 KW with the feed lines 10KW along Pushkin street and in the residential area of Anisimovo.
