“Out of the total amount of the net profit of Mosenergo for 2011, which comprises 10.385 billion rubles it was decided to allocate 519.258 million rubles for the reserve fund, 8. 677 billion rubles – for the accumulation fund (including the investment in 2012), 1.188 billion rubles – for the payout of dividends”, — the company statement says.
In the end of 2010 the company allocated 792.18 million rubles for the dividends payout, at 0.02 rubles for one share.
