OAO E.On Russia (OGC-4) has signed an agreement with OAO OC LUKOIL on the delivery of 2 billion 240 million cubic meters of oil-dissolved gas (ODG) in the period from 2013 to 2022. This is declared in the statement of the generating company. At the same time both countries agreed on the possible changes of the volumes of gas delivery in the period of the agreement validity within the limits of 1 billion 520 million cubic meters to 2 billion 240 million cubic meters. The sum of transaction in money terms is not revealed.
In May 2012 the board of directors of E.On Russia approved of the agreement on the delivery of oil-dissolved gas for the Yayvinskaya state district power plant with OAO LUKOIL for the term from 2013 to 2022. “The gas delivery by LUKOIL will allow to diversify the fuel delivery sources for Yayvinskaya SDPP”, — the representatives of the generating company point out.
