Russian President Vladimir Putin stands for changing the rules of market access for the projects that promote renewable energy.
On Tuesday, Putin visited the All-Russian Youth Innovation Forum «Seliger-2012».
One of the forum participants suggested that the authorities actively support the development of renewable energy, especially for agricultural purposes.
«It’s not a question of supporting small-scale energy industry. We have a whole program — support for the small-scale power generation both on the rivers and from renewable sources. This is the matter of market entry. We need to change the entry rules. Let’s take over this work «, — Putin said in response.
