The government of Yakutia signed a letter of intent with the Czech consortium CZET within the framework of which the housing and communal facilities in the republic are to be built and upgraded, the press-secretary of the Housing and Communal Services Ministry of the region Vitalina Nijiforova said.
“The Czech party offered us five promising and much needed projects: the construction of the coal thermal power plant in the Tomponskiy district, the construction of the combustion plant in Yakutsk, the upgrade of electricity production system and of the gas boiler house as well as decentralization of the heating system”, — Ms Nikiforova said.
She pointed out that the Czech party is ready to invest 85% of the project budget.
