InterRAO UES starts purchasing the shares of Bashkirenergo with the aim of further reorganization of the company.
The company InterRAO UES has sent on approval of the Federal Financial Markets Service the offer of purchasing regular stock of OAO Bashkirenergo by InterRAO. Inter RAO UES are planning the reorganization of the company by dividing it into Bashenergoactiv and Bashkir Electrical Grid Company, with the subsequent merger of OAO Bashenergo with Inter RAO UES.
In this connection OAO Inter RAO UES has announced a public offer on purchasing preferred stock from OAO Bashkirenergo.
