Another petition in bankruptcy from OAO Kubanenergo was registered by the Arbitrazh Court of the Krasnodarsk Territory.
The Krasnodarsk-based enterprise OOO YugStroy, which bought from the affiliated construction company the chose in action of financial payment to the electrical energy company for the amount of about one million rubles, acts as a plaintiff this time.
All the attempts to collect the debt from Kubanenergo failed. Apart for the bankruptcy, claim the representatives of YugStroy, they can’t see any other possibilities to request the money they are owed, having tried to obtain these payments starting from 2010.
In 2011 the Samara-based enterprise OOO Vekha-Region tried to expose OAO Kubanenergo as bankrupt. The amount of debt comprised a little less than nine million rubles. Avoiding the preliminary court session, the Kuban power supplying company was reasonable enough to settle the good claim of the money lenders from Samara.
