The largest Russian private oil company “LUKOIL” is planning to reach the oil production level of 100 mil. tons a year by 2017-2018, says the Vice-president of the company Vladimir Mulyak.
Last year “LUKOIL” field production decreased by 1,7% — to 95,99 mil. tons. As Mulyak said at the annual meeting of company shareholders, in 2013 the company is going to stabilize the volumes of oil production, and starting from 2014 to 2021 it is planned to increase by 1,4 % a year. He pointed out that the company considers a goal of reaching the oil production level of 100 mil. tons a year in Russia by 2017-2018 quite realistic.
Summing up the result of last year, ‘LUKOIL’ reports the increase of net profit according to US GAAP by 28,5% to $9,006 billions, according to RAS (Russian Accounting Standards)– three times – to $140,037 billion.
