Substation 500 kv Trachukovskaya
The branch of OAO FGC UES – Main electrical networks (MES) of Western Siberia – has completed the repairs of the air circuit breakers 500 kv at the substation 500 kv Trachukovskaya (the Khanty-Mansiisk autonomous district — Yugra). The works have been conducted within the framework of the repair program-2012.
As a result, the stability of power supply for the consumers of the city of Nizhnevartovsk, the population centers of the Nizhnevartovskiy district and the largest enterprises of the oil and gas complex Yugra has been considerably increased.
In the course of repair works, the major nodes of the air circuit breakers were dissembled and cleaned, the revealed faults were eliminated, the worn-out details were replaced. The air circuit breakers are commutation equipment of the substation, used for switching current load on and off, as well as for switching off the equipment in case of short circuit.
