An agreement was reached on signing the above-mentioned draft agreements by September 15, 2012 and conducting the ceremony of laying a capsule at the site of the Upper Narynskiy cascade of hydropower plants by November 1, 2012.
Also, the agreement was reached on the issue of the project of reconstruction of Bishkek TPP-1, and the desirability and feasibility of its implementation.
