The agreement on the construction of the nuclear power plant was signed by the heads of the Russian Federation and the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The agreement was signed within the framework of the international forum Atomexpo-2012, which is taking place in Moscow at the moment. The first nuclear generating enterprise of Nigeria is to be built with the direct participation of the Russian specialists.
Belarus, Bangladesh, Vietnam and Turkey also intend to build nuclear power facilities on their territories under the supervision of the Russian state corporation Rosatom, the TV-media of the Russian Federation report.
