To prevent the failure of the heating season 2012-2013 the authorities of the Yaroslavl region took a decision of allocating 250 million Russian rubles for settling the notorious gas debt to OOO Gazprom mezhregiongas Yaroslavl, the press-service of the region reports. The governor of the region Sergei Yastrebov issued the order to introduce the corresponding draft law for the consideration of the recurrent regional Duma.
According to the press-service of the regional government, the authorities of the region and OOO Gazprom mezhregiongas Yaroslavl reached an agreement of the debt restructuring and the schedule of its settling is compiled. Within the agreements the funds allocated by the region in the forms of a categorical grand will be directed to the municipal bodies for gas delivery payments. These measures are expected to help avoid the failure of the coming heating season 2012-2013.
According to the statement of the Director of the Department of housing and communal complex Alexey Andronov, the total amount of the debt of heat supplying organizations of the region to OOO Gazprom mezhregiongaz Yaroslavl comprises 200 million Russian rubles, and the biggest debt has been accumulated by the largest heat supplying company – Yaroslavl Generating Company.
The authorities are reported to hold daily negotiations with the management of Gazprom mezhregiongaz Yaroslavl and are ready to consider every possible solution for preventing the emergency situations until the debt is settled by means of regional budget funds.
