The administration of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District considers the possibility of introducing flexible tax incentives for increasing the level of consumption of oil-dissolved gas. Among other things this refers to the profit tax for organizations dealing oil-dissolved gas refinery. This was declared by the Governor of Yugra Natalya Komarova during the meeting with the head of Rosneft Eduard Khudainatov.
“This is an important direction of environmental activities and of increasing energy efficiency of the autonomous district economy. It serves the region’s interest to support the enterprises which realize large scale programs of cutting down the negative impact on the environment”, — the Governor emphasized.
It was pointed out during the meeting that the relationship between the district administration and Rosneft have improved considerable during the last year, and this is true about the ecological sphere, too. For instance, by the end of 2012 the company is planning to refine all the oil sludges accumulated during the previous periods, by the end of 2014 – recultivation of all sludge pits accumulated during the previous periods, by the end of 2015 – recultivation of all oil contaminated soils accumulated during the previous periods. Besides by the end of 2011 Yuganskneftegaz JSC committed itself to ensure the disposal of 95% of oil-dissolved gas on the territory of Priobskoe oilfield, and be the end of 2015 – to carry our reconstruction and capital repairs of 1826 kilometers of pipe lines.
In the course of the meeting there was also a discussion about the possible direction of the company’s activities expansion in the territory of the district, among which are the creation of the network of refueling complexes and the oil products plants, the press-service of Ugra Governor reports.
Looking back — in 2010 Rosneft produced 69 million tons of oil in Ugra, which makes up 57,7% of the total production volume.
