The branch of IDGC of South Volgogradenergo started repairing the substation 110/35/10 KW Lozhki. This substation supplies with electricity the two isolated farmsteads of the Volgograd region: Logovskiy and Pervomayskoe, where apart from the private houses there are such socially important objects as schools, kindergartens, post offices and a rural health post. Besides the Lozhki substation is used as a reserve source of power supply by the Volgograd regional psychiatric clinic #1.
Volgograd power engineers expect to complete the reconstruction of the substation during the summer, having carried out both the current and capital repairs of the twenty three units of the basic facility of the substation Lozhki. Among other things the repairs will include the transformer 110 KW, isolating and short-circuiting switches (they are to undergo capital repairs), over 10 disconnecting switches as well as disconnecting switches 10-35 KW, the press-service of Volgogradenergo reports.
