The notification was sent from October 19 to 23 to the consumers, who owe OAO Sverdlovenergosbyt more than four months payment for electricity. The aggregate debt nonpayers comprised over 65 million rubles.
The notifications were sent to all the population centers of he Sverdlovsk region.
In a number of municipalities such as Artemovskiy, Beloyarskiy, Asbest, Aramil, Berezovskiy, Sukhoi Log, Bogdanovich, Krasnouralsk, Krasnour’insk, Ivdel et al, the number of debtors, which had received notifications, comprised from 70 to 100 people.
It should be reminded that in compliance with the rules of utility services, confirmed by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation # 354 “the renderer of the service in the case of the incomplete payment for the utility service (in the given case — electricity) by a consumer has the right to restrict or stop providing this utility service after the written notification of the indebted consumer”.
