Due to the initiative of WWF (World Wildlife Fund) the activists of which were collecting signatures for the petition to introduce in Russia the law on sea protection from the impact caused by the activities of oil-producing companies, the State Duma of the Russian Federation sill soon consider the draft law “On Seas Protection From Oil Pollution”.
The total number of signatures that the environmentalists managed to collect is 100 000.
