From January to October 2012 the power plants of Krasnoyarsk energy system produced 37 billion 404.2 million kWh of electrical energy, which is by 4% less than the production volume for the 10 months of 2011.
According to the current information of the branch of OAO CO UES Regional Dispatch Office of the Energy System of Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Tyva the electrical energy consumption in the regional energy system in October 2012 comprised 3 683.4 million kWh, which is by 4.3% more than the volume of consumption in October 2011.
The production of electrical energy by the power plants of the regional energy system in October 2012 comprised 3 836.2 million Kwh, which by 10.1 less than in October 2011.
“A decrease in the production of electrical energy in the energy system of Krasnoyarsk in October 2012 is caused by the economy of hydro resources of the hydro power plants belonging to the Yeniseyskiy Cascade on the verge of the autumn-winter period and as a result – the decrease in the production at Krasnoyarskaya HPP, which turned out to be smaller than the production in October 2011 by 30%. At the same time the electricity production by the thermal power plants of OAO TGK-13 has risen by 21% compared to October 2011”, — the director of Krasnoyarskiy Regional Dispatch Office Vladimir Smirnov comments on the situation.
The electrical energy consumption in the energy system of Krasnoyarsk Territory in January-October of 2012 comprised 35 119.2 million kWh, which is by 1.9% more than the volume of consumption for the same period of 2011.
The output of the electrical energy via the system interconnectors in January-October 2012 comprised 2 285 million kWh. In October the Krasnoyarsk energy system transmitted via system interconnectors 152.8 million kWh of electrical energy.
According to the director of Krasnoyarsk RDO Vladimir Smirnov, the increase in the consumption of electrical energy in October 2012 was stipulated by the increase in the consumption of Krasnoyarsk railroad and the increased consumption for own needs of the thermal power plants.
