In 2012 Azerbaijan is going to raise the oil production volume. This was declared by the president of the oil company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) Rovnag Abdulaev in Baku at the international conference.
“The conciliation process for contract on the deep gas development at the Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli oil and gas fields. According to the forecasts the gas deposits here are estimated at 300 billion cubic meters. In this connection the gas production in Azerbaijan by 2017-2018 is forecasted at the level of 30 billion cubic meters, and by 2025-50 – 50 billion cubic meters”, — Rovnag said
