The main forces «Astrakhanenergo» were directed at the resumption of power supply in the Velichko street, where the hurricane blew the roof of an apartment building directly to the line voltage of 6 kV, with one transmission tower completely broken at the basement.
As a result, six package transformer substations with total capacity of 2310 kilovoltamper were switched off. The household consumers in the streets Sovetskaya, Chapayevskaya, Zavodskaya remained without electricity.
To restore the power supply 11 specialists in the emergency team immediately set out to the site, seven custom vehicles were involved.
According to the dispatch service Achtubinskiy distribution zone, just six hours after the natural disaster the energy in the city was almost completely restored.
Alongside with Akhtubinsk, the energy engineers of the distribution zone quickly restored power supply line of the feeder № 41 of the substation «Vladimirovka» where consumers were left without electricity for just one hour. The key to a reliable power supply and operations for its recovery was the maintenance campaign successfully carried out to prepare for the autumn-winter period of 2012 -2013.
At present, there no social objects in Akhtubinsk and suburbs, which are not connected to the power grid, the isolated houses the private sector are being connected at the moment.
