On July 27, 2012 at 09:10 the Kalininskaya NPP fulfilled the July plan for power generation in the volume of 2.169 billion kWh ahead of schedule.
A day earlier, on July 26 at 22:15 ahead of time the monthly plan for electricity supply was completed in the amount of 2.010 billion kWh.
Currently there are three generating units in operation at the Kalinin nuclear power plant. Their total capacity of 3041 MW. The generating unit 4 is in the process of a scheduled maintenance.
The radiation background at the site of the Kalininskaya NPP, in the town of Udomlya and Udomelsky area is within the natural background values.
