The branch of IDGC of North-West Komienergo summed up the results of the distribution zones’ work in the first half-year period. The most efficient distribution zone according to the results of the benchmarking (the internal comparative analysis of different parameters) turned out to be the Kortkeros distribution zone, which is the part of the Yuzhnoye production department of this branch.
The assessment was carried out in eight major parameters, among which there were the level of electricity loss in power girds, cost of electrical and thermal energy for own needs, the execution of the repair program, the quality of works on technical connection, the number and complexity of failures and other incidents. The result of the Kortkeros distribution zone amounted to 19 points and they took the first place in the rating. The Syktyvkar distribution zone is 3.5 points behind and the third place was shared by the Vozeiskiy and Ust-Kulomskiy distribution zones.
The representatives of the IDGC of North-West point out that the internal benchmarking has been carried out for the second time in a row, and already now they can see the positive results of its implementation. It should be reminded that in the last half-year period the leader was Vyktylskiy distribution zone, which belongs to the production department Central Power Grids.
