Over 40 houses were left without electricity in the Cossack village of Chepiginskaya in the Bryukhovetskiy district in the night of November 13.
The power outage was caused by a driver of a motor vehicle VAZ 2106 colliding with the transmission tower o.4 kV.
The driver of the vehicle was identified. At present the size of material damages caused to the power company is being defined.
The damaged bar of the reinforced concrete tower cannot be restored and will be replaced with a new one.
