Anatoliy Yanovskiy, the Deputy Minister of Energy Industry of the Russian Federation declared that from now on the Russian companies, which are planning to deliver oil to Kazakhstan, will have to provide proportional deliveries from Kazakhstan to Russia. The corresponding protocol has been signed by the Russian and Kazakhstan parties.
Yanovskiy pointed out that providing counter-deliveries in equivalent volumes is an obligatory condition for cooperation; the execution of the protocol will be supervised by a special governmental committee.
