On August 13, 2012 «Vladimirenergo» completed the renovation of 110/10 kV «Sadovaya» by putting in operation to the second power transformer T 1.
The power engineers of «Vladimirenergo» carried out the reconstruction of the substation in two stages: during the first phase in late 2011 the first transformer T-2 was installed at the «Sadovaya» substation, during the second one — the T-1. Previously there were two transformers in operation here with the capacity of 2.5 megavolt-amperes (MVA) each, the load on which was the highest, and this did not allow to connect new customers.
With the installation of two new power transformers the capacity of the substation was increased four times to reach 20 MVA.
SS «Sadovaya», located in the town of Suzdal, Garden District, is one of the key projects of reconstruction and repair of the branch «Vladimirenergo», which are involved in ensuring the stable the autumn-winter period of 2012-2013.
New electrical equipment provides an opportunity for the further development of the suburbs of the regional center — Vladimir, and increases the reliability and quality of power supply for the population, agricultural enterprises, social facilities of the population centers of the Suzdal district: Sadoviy, Borisovskoye, Poretskoye, Sodyshka, Suhodol, Seslavskoe, Bogolyubka, Sushchevo, Krasnoye Sushchevo, Brutovo and others.
