The production of electrical energy in the Russian Federation in the period from January to September 2011 has risen by 1.3% against the same period in 2010 – to 760.7 billion kWh, this is stated in the materials of Minenergo (the Energy Ministry of Russia). In September this year this factor has risen by 0.4% and reached 78.8 billion kWh.
The production of heat energy in January-September 2011 decreased by 1.3% — to 346.3 million gigacalories. In September this year it fell by 3.5% and comprised 19.5 million gigacalories.
According to the data of Minenergo, the production of electrical energy in the Russian Federation in 2010 compared to the year of 2009 rose by 4.7% — to 1.036 trillion kWh. The production of heat energy in 2010 rose by 2.1% against 2010 and comprised 524 million gigacalories.
