On the Russian side the agreement was signed by the Energy Ministry of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak, on the Ukrainian side – the minister of Energy and Coal Industry Yuriy Boiko. As the counselor of the Energy Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitriy Klokov said, the document obligates the parties to sustain the due technical state and operation of the object of the electrical grid complex and the means of emergency automation.
According to him, following the agreement the contracts are to be signed furtheron, which regulate the order of interaction of the business entities of both states in planning and managing the regimes, regulating frequency, voltage and declinations.
