Estonia is one of the world’s largest experts on such alternative fuel type as coal slate. This was declared by the head of the Ministry of Economics and Communications of Estonia Juhan Parts.
According to him, Estonian engineers and scientists developed a unique technology of coal slate production and use. As a result the country is ready to sell its unique technical knowledge all over the world.
Besides the experience with coal slate Estonia is also ready to share its experience in reforming the energy sector of the country.
For instance, as Parts point out, Estonia entered the top-10 countries in the world as to the share of wind generators in the energy sector (12%) and is one of the leading countries in introducing ‘green energy’.
So far Estonia has started negotiations on entering the International Energy Agency after entering the Organization of economically developed countries.
