The branch of the Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System (JSC FGC UES) — MES South completed the construction of the control house at the substation 220 KW Buzhora in the Anapa district of the Krasnodar Territory.
The new power facility will solve the problem of energy deficit in the Anapa district as well as will raise the stability of electricity supply for the resort towns of Dzhemete, Vityazevo, Anapskaya and Blagoveschenskaya railway stations, the Buzhor farm and other inhabited localities.
By now the substation control house building with the total area of 432 square meters has been completed, all the metalware, the sandwich wall panels and the roof have been assembled, and the equipment installation has been started. The control house will be equipped with the microprocessor relay protection and emergency automation systems , modern communication systems, rechargeable batteries, and auxiliaries board and a direct-current board. With the aim of improving accuracy of the transmitted electricity metering the new building will be equipped with the automatic data measuring system of revenue metering. Besides the building will have a computerized process control system.
The construction of the substation 220 KW Budzhora started this April. The object’s putting in operation is scheduled for mid-2012. At present the equipment installation works in the outdoor switchgear 110 and 220 KW are being executed, two autotransformers with the capacity of 125 MW each have been mounted. As a result the Anapa district of the Krasnodar Territory will soon have a new generation power facility.
The substation 220 KW Buzhora with the capacity of 250 MVA will provide stable power supply to the recreational holiday hotels, sanatoriums, children’s spa of the Anapa health resort as well as to the first in Russia gambling and entertaining area “Golden Sands”.
