OAO Saratovenergo (the power supplier in the Saratov region) took out a 400 million rubles loan on overdraft from OAO Gazprombank says the company statement. Saratovenergo is going to spend these funds on financing the company’s economic activities. The loan interest rate makes up 5% per annum on the outstanding balance of the loan. The decision of taking out a loan was taken at the extraordinary general meeting on June 27 this year.
