Vologdaenergo Sets New Sulfur Hexafluoride circuit breakers at Nifantovo Substation

Within the framework of investment projects on the reconstruction of substations with the voltage class 100 kV in terms of replacing isolators and short circuitors with sulfur hexafluoride circuit breakers, Vologdaenergo mounts new equipment at the substation 110 kV Nifantovo in the Sheksna district of Vologda region.

In the course of the reconstruction they will install two sulfur hexafluoride circuit breakers LTB-145 and six current transformers TFM-110. At present the contractor organization embarked on carrying out the assembly works, which are scheduled to be completed by the end of 2012.

Besides, within the framework of the investment projects execution, the power grid company is replacing the equipment at the substation 110/35/10 Kharovsk, where before November 20 two circuit breakers made by Siemens, 6 current transformers ABB and 2 disconnectors SGF ABB will be installed.

The power equipment is installed in compliance with the perspective schedule of power grids of Vologda region with the voltage class of 35-110 kV in the period up t o2016.
