He also said that initially the local company suggested a complex of underground constructions for the hydro power plant. “But taking into consideration our experience in projecting and constructing the waterpower development Teri we can say with confidence that the construction terms of the underground hydro power plant Upper Subansiri is to comprise no less than 10 years”- Pavel Shestopalov says.
