The enterprises of Bashkortostan in the I half of 2012 produce 7.7 million tons of coal, including 7.4 million tons produced within the country. It is reported by the territorial authority of the Federal State Statistics Service of the Republic.
Besides, for the I half of this year the enterprises of the republic produced 189.8 million cubic meters of gas, 2 million 505.2 thousand cubic meters of aggregates. The increase in mineral production from the beginning of the year was 5.5% compared to the same period in 2011. It is noted that the growth rate was achieved due to the increase in the production of fuel and energy minerals (5.3%) and other underground resources (9.2%).
